National Environmental Activity on Climate Change at Urban Slum of Kurnool

SERUDS is a non profit voluntary organisation, one of NGOs in andhra pradesh, working for the downtrodden communties in Kurnool District of A.P., India. We have conducted the National Environmental Activitiy on Climate Change at Budhavarapeta, Urban slum of Kurnool Town on 24.01.2010. Resource persons Mr.BN Chetty, District Observer-SNAPS, Mr.Vadala Prasad, Sr.Advocate and Social Workers, President RAIDS Society, Kurnool, Loksatta State Secretary Mr.C Yellaiah were participated and given lecture to the about 350 participants about environment protection, types of pollution & sustainable development. The program were sponsored by the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
